Career history
Pat Phillips arrived in Angola on 27 November 2007 and presented her credential to President Dos Santos on 25 February 2008. This is her fourth diplomatic posting and her fourth continent, having previously served in Jordan as Deputy Head of Mission, in The Hague and Washington. Pat had visited Luanda once before, in 1999, accompanying the UK's Minister for Africa.
