The British Embassy in Luanda is one of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office's worldwide network of Posts .

• Our Political and Communications team manages overall relations between the British and Angolan governments, manages this website and the Chevening scholarship programme
• Our Consular team provides services to British citizens in Angola.
• Our UK Trade & Investment team provides a high quality service to British companies seeking to do business in Angola, reflecting the UK’s leading position as a ‘knowledge economy’ and the second largest investor in Angola.
• Our Visa Application Centre is part of the UK Borders Agency and processes visa applications from Angolan citizens wishing to travel to the UK.

The Embassy also represents the British Government in its relations with São Tomé and Príncipe.
